A delicious cup of yogurt begins with the highest quality ingredients. WholeSoy uses only certified organic, non-GMO, single-source soybeans that are cultivated specifically for human consumption. These soybeans, high in protein and low in oil, are grown on a Northwestern Texas farm. WholeSoy has been working with the same farmer for many years and has visited their operations. They know firsthand the care and integrity that goes into each field.
These soybeans are processed through a proprietary system developed in the 1980s by founder Ted Nordquist. This natural technique uses only filtered water, heat, vacuum, decanting (removal of fiber) and cooling to produce a creamy soybase that is used as the first ingredient in every cup of WholeSoy & Co. yogurt. The chemical-free process also excludes hexane―a hazardous petroleum byproduct commonly used for processing soybeans.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Preparation:
Add soy yogurt and pumpkin puree to a blender.
If you prefer, juice your own apple, orange and carrot in your home juicer. For juicing you’ll need approximately 1 apple of your preference (we used Fuji), half to one full orange and one small carrot.
Add the pumpkin pie spice and ice (optional). Add an optional sweetener (maple syrup or other) to your liking, although we found the fruit and vegetable juices provided just enough sweetness!
Blend on high and pulse until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass or two and enjoy!
