SANA is very excited to welcome a new Director of Technical Affairs, Stephanie Saullo, MS, RD. Steph is a registered dietitian and temporarily worked for the American Dietetic Association on nutrition policy before moving to work as a clinical dietitian in long term care. She is also a part-time faculty member of The George Washington University where she teaches undergraduate level Sports and Nutrition. Her interests are in public health and nutrition policy. She completed her Master’s degree at Framingham State College and her Bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Steph will provide leadership and support on all association technical efforts and implementation moving forward. Steph is a vegetarian and very familiar with the benefits of soyfoods.
