Mixed Berry Smoothie

ingredients
  • 1 c. soy yogurt
  • 1 c. soy milk or orange juice
  • 1/2 c. mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c. ice (optional)
  • 1 c. soy yogurt
Directions

Add berries to blender. Iif berries are fresh, then add ice.

Then add soy yogurt and top with soy milk (or orange juice) to blender.

Blend on high and pulse until smooth.

Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
