French Toast

  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Day-old French bread (thick slices)
  • 2 3 c Silk Vanilla or Silk Omega-3 DHA
  • 1 pn Nutmeg
  • 4 t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Vanilla or almond extract

Beat together the egg, Silk, spices and extract. Spray griddle or skillet with canola and place over medium-high heat. Dip each slice of bread in the Silk mixture, soaking both sides. Place on hot skillet and cook until bottoms are golden brown. Flip and brown remaining side. Keep warm in low oven until ready to serve.
