Cinnamon Iced Latte

  • 1/2 cup espresso coffee powder
  • 2 tsp. orange peel, finely grated
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups Soy Dream? Vanilla Soymilk
  • 3 Tbsp. Hain? Organic Brown Sugar
  • 4 ice cubes

Pour coffee powder, orange peel and hot water into a heat-proof pitcher.

Stir in soymilk, sugar and ice cubes. Chill for 3 hours. Divide between 6 tall glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.

Makes 6 servings.
