Shirataki Kale Salad

  • 1 (8oz.) pkg House Foods Traditional Shirataki or Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute
  • 3 stalks curly kale
  • 1 handful dried cranberries
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 serrano chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Braggs Aminos
  • Juice of 1-2 limes

Rinse, drain, and cut noodles into manageable lengths.

Wash kale and remove stems, tear into bite size pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili, garlic and Braggs Aminos.

In a large bowl add kale, cranberries, noodles and dresing. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
