Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine (optional)
  • 1 cup Silk Original soymilk

1. Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender
2. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the margarine, warm Silk, salt and pepper, then mash by hands or electric mixer.
