The United Soybean Board and the Soyfoods Association of North America invite you to join representatives from food companies, farmers, processors, health professional, and media at the 15th Soy Symposium: Adapting to New Market Forces.
This day-long conference on November 11th at the L’Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, DC will examine how food companies are adapting to four primary forces – health, economics, global marketing, and sustainability. Consumers, government, and the food industry stakeholders will all have to adapt practices to address these emerging market pressures. Speakers will address topics including Dietary Guidelines, federal nutrition programs, sustainability, food labeling, food safety, health and innovations in the soyfood industry.
November 10, 2010 Welcome Reception
Besides the conference sessions, registration includes attendance at a Welcome Reception on the evening of November 10th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Hotel George, 15 E Street NW, Washington, DC 20001, near Union Station metro stop. Spend the evening mingling with government officials, Capital Hill staff, industry representatives, and other friends of soy.
