Exhibit displays will be on April 17 during both the afternoon lunch from 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM and the evening Taste of Soy reception from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

A 6’x 30” table with table cloth and skirt will be provided. Product or ingredient samples, educational sales materials, table displays, and signs and free standing floor displays that do not obstruct another’s table are permitted.
Pricing:
- Early Bird Exhibitor Rate (by 3.19.08): $1,400
- Regular Exhibitor Rate: $1,700

Additional Information:
- Exhibitors can begin set-up prior to the start of the program at 7:30 AM on April 17 and leave exhibits up through the day. Exhibits will be locked in the same room when not in use.
- All materials for booths shall be sent to the hotel at your own expense. Please e-mail members@soyfoods.org for shipping details.
- We will try to accommodate any electrical needs, upon request.
- If you need additional resources, you may contact the hotel directly.
USB or SANA assumes no risk or liability. There will be no refunds of the booth fee after April 3.
